Once again, the coolness of the Pacific Ocean and the heat of the hinterland of the California vineyards are met with French tradition and exceptional winemaking to create yet another masterpiece.
The grapes are carefully selected across California’s vineyards and with the exceptional winemaking expertise of Thierry Gasco, former Champagne Pommery cellar master for 25 years. Made with 76% Chardonnay grapes and 24% Pinot Noir, this brut rosé is made according to the methode champenoise, with fermentation in the bottle and aging on the lees. The revolutionary method of yeast encapsulation offers exceptional olfactory and aromatic range allowing this Brut Rosé to embody the Domaine’s iconic style of vivacity, freshness and finesse.
In order to preserve all of its fresh and fruity characteristics, and in alignment with Pommery’s signature style, this cuvée is made with very low sugar dosage, placing it in the Extra-Brut category.
